Ordering, Shipping and Return Policy

Please read the following points before shopping with us. These policies are subject to change without notice and are the buyer’s responsibility to adhere to. By accessing, browsing and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange Policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

RETURNS
RETURN INFORMATION POLICIES.
 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Please do not ship back any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a credit nor will it be shipped back to you. Regular merchandise received after 14 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you. 

 

Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Shipping errors received after the 14 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

 

A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Shopviesauvage.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Vie Sauvage reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

 

  • RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order # can be found in the email confirmation of your order 

 

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

ORDERING
 
  • CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

 

Special orders CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstance after an order is placed. Special orders of more than three dresses of the same style in one order cannot be returned under any circumstance. 

 

Special and pre-ordered merchandise will be shipped to you as soon as they are available. Please note that we offer ship date estimates for pre-ordered merchandise of 4-8 weeks.

 

We do our best to keep ship dates accurate, but please be aware that we have little control over the expected dates, and we may experience delays.

 

Customized orders cannot be returned.

 

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and special or pre-ordered items, we will notify you if separate deliveries are available.

 

 

  • CANCELLATIONS

 

An order may only be cancelled within 24 hours after the order has been submitted.

Credit cards must be issued in the US and have a US billing address.

Shopviesauvage.com does not accept checks, cash or money orders.

 

If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.

 

Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud.

 

If address verification is needed, we will email you with the request. An example of further identification may be a drivers license (please block out any confidential information, like a drivers license number). We also may request address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.

 

Orders with the same billing and shipping address or an alternate shipping address recognized by the card issuer will ship the quickest.

Please note: All items are shipped as soon as possible but how soon they are shipped may vary from product to product. Before holiday weekends, Christmas, and New Years, please allow 14 days for your order to ship to you, even when requesting faster deliveries. Please email us if you have any questions.

 

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

 

USPS or UPS Standard Ground   -   Delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days after processing.

 

 

USPS or UPS 2nd Day   -   Delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.

 

 

USPS or UPS Next Day Air   -   Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

 

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer:

  • Saturday delivery

 

 

Please note:

 

All items are shipped as soon as possible but how soon they are shipped may vary depending on availability.

 

We are not obligated to ship out orders on Fridays.

 

Orders for in-stock items made after 12pm (EST) may not be shipped out the same day.
